About Hungry Hero

Taking what feels overwhelming and turning it into something you and your team can manage with confidence.

Purpose: Practical Systems for Real People

Hungry Hero Consulting stands for practical systems and respect for the people who run them. I work with founders who never set out to be "operations experts" but now carry the full load: production, quality, sales, vendor issues, payroll, and hiring.

My purpose is to make operations understandable, teachable, and sustainable. When processes are documented, numbers are clear, and systems are stable, owners can:

  • Protect their product quality and reputation.

  • Share responsibility with their team.

  • Reclaim time for strategy, creativity, or simply rest.

That's the heart of this brand: taking what feels overwhelming and turning it into something you and your team can manage with confidence.

From Production Plants and Dashboards to Small Shops and Commercial Kitchens

My background is a mix of engineering, food manufacturing, and data analytics. I've spent years in high-output production environments—bakeries, plants, and corporate projects—where getting systems wrong is expensive. I've led initiatives for large organizations and also built and run my own detailing business, Hero Auto Detailing, from the ground up.

Those experiences taught me a few things:

  • Great products are not enough without solid systems.

  • Data is only useful if the people doing the work trust it and understand it.

  • The best operations don't erase the human element; they support it.

I've helped an immigrant shortbread founder go from local sales to landing a flavor with Ben & Jerry's. I've worked behind the scenes on big legacy brands, and I've made my own mistakes trying to scale a small business with limited time and resources. All of that informs how I show up for clients now.

Hungry Hero Understands That We Are Human

A lot of founders have had the same experience: a consultant arrives, promises transformation, interviews everyone, delivers a deck, and then disappears. The day-to-day reality barely changes.

I want Hungry Hero Consulting to feel different.

Here's how I try to keep it human:

I share real stories, not just wins. The scrapes, the iterations, and the "we tried it this way and it didn't stick" moments are just as important for learning.

I use plain, honest language. I speak the way I would if we were standing together in your bakery or shop floor. If something is uncertain, I say so. If a fix is simple, I don't overcomplicate it.

I highlight clients and their teams. That might be a photo of a bakery crew using a new production board, or a short write-up on how a client's product supports their local community. The hero is the business owner; I'm there to support.

Humanization isn't a marketing trick here; it's a reflection of how I actually work with people.

Hungry Hero Consulting values integrity, practical service, and sustainability—both in the environmental sense and in the sense where the business can maintain over time.

  • Data-informed: we look at numbers, not just vibes.

  • Story-driven: we explain changes through real examples from your world.

  • Practical: we keep recommendations tied to what your team can actually implement.

  • Empathetic: I recognize that you're doing a lot already.

  • Straightforward: I'll tell you what I see, simply and clearly.

  • Quietly confident: no theatrics, just solid work.
