Practical Operations Help for Real Businesses

Hungry Hero Consulting exists for founders who built something people love and now feel stretched to their limits. You've got demand, a team that depends on you, and a production or service operation that lives mostly in your head. My work is to turn that organized chaos into clear, repeatable systems your team can actually run.

I focus on small CPG, food product, and hands-on service businesses. Instead of generic advice, you get a structured plan tailored to your space, your team, and your goals.

  • Deep-dive operational assessments

  • Process mapping and documentation

  • Costing and margin models

  • KPI and dashboard design

  • Implementation support and training

Why Us & Who I Help

Analytical, Pragmatic, Encouraging

Hungry Hero Consulting stands for practical systems and genuine understanding of business owners. I come in as an operations partner, not a distant advisor.

  • Analytical

We look at real data to uncover where time, money, and energy are leaking. No assumptions, just facts.

  • Pragmatic

We design systems that your team can actually follow on a busy Tuesday morning. Practicality over perfection.

  • Encouraging

The purpose is simple: give you a way to grow without sacrificing quality, people, or your own sanity.

From "It's All in My Head" to "Everyone Knows the Playbook"

Every engagement is built around one goal: leave you with systems that work when you're not in the room. The point isn't to "optimize" for the sake of it; it's to build a business that's easier to run and easier to grow.

What Hungry Hero Delivers:

  • 1 - A clear picture: Where time, money, and energy are leaking in your current operation.

  • 2 - Documented processes: Recipes, specs, checklists, and training materials sized for your team.

  • 3 - Simple, trusted numbers: Costing models, KPIs, and dashboards that actually reflect how your business runs.

  • 4 - Implementation support: I don't just hand you slides and disappear. I stay long enough to help your team adopt the new way of working.

Not Just a Report. A Partner.

Hungry Hero does not come in to write a theoretical recommendation and move on. Business owners aren't buying an external analytical report; they're getting a partner who helps them move from "I have a great idea and too much chaos" to "we're running a tighter, predictable operation with room to grow."

I translate big-company operations and analytics into tools that smaller teams can actually use. We map your processes together, design realistic systems, and work side-by-side as you roll them out.

Why Hungry Hero Exists

I've lived on both sides of operations. I started in large-scale food manufacturing, working behind the scenes on brands like Oroweat, Sara Lee, and Kool-Aid. Later, I led projects for teams at companies like Google and Wells Fargo. In parallel, I've run my own small business where every decision hits my own time and bank account.

I kept seeing the same pattern: small business owners with great products and strong demand, stuck in systems that rely entirely on them. Hungry Hero Consulting is my answer to that. I believe small businesses deserve the same level of operational thinking that big corporations pay for—just adapted to their scale and reality.

  • We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.

  • We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to share.

  • From startups to seasoned brands, we partner with people who care about doing things right—and doing them well.
